Showing my sister how to play mancola

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to first do the stretches that have been helping me in my stroke recovery. At 5:24 I then went throught my first rep of my weight routine. I then preceded to do my back stretches before doing another rep of my weight routine. At 5:50 I then completed my workout before going into my bathroom so as to shave. I then had taken a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:12 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip before having a bowl of cereal with a half toasted bagel. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 6:30 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheeelchair. To arrive. Upon my arrive to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had gone to Nancy’s office for visually impaired group. To day Nancy had had taken us to the River Walk so as to do some walking. I had run into one complication along the way. I was unable to see the entire sidewalk as I was walking and stepped of the side, thus twisting my ankle. Here again if I was able to use my white cane this incident might not have happened. We then continued our walk once I was steady on my feet. AT 10:00 we were back at WestSide. Ithen had my rehab session with Michelle. During this time  I had emailed Tim from the envision of the blind in regauards to voc rehab. Michelle and I then worked on my introduction to my book. At 11:00 I had gone to Priadarchi office with others for mindfulness and meditation. We had started the group checking in. We then had a guided meditation. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had taken me back to camp.  Had arrived at 1:15. My sister had helped me down to driveway. I then went inside to eat lunch having the other half of my wrap from yesterday and the kayl chips my mother had made. We then said good-bye to our mother. My sister was staying with me for a few days while our parents go away for the weekend. I then rested from 2:00-4:40 once I had brushed my teeth. I then went into the main camp so as to have some ice tea while talking with my sister. At 5:30 we had eaten dinner. I then showed my sister how to play mancola. After three games I then returned to my camp so as to type in todays blog entry.
