My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by gettting out of bed so as to first focus on my stoke recovery stretching. At 5:20 Once I was loosened up, I had then began to do my weight routing. Once I had gone the one set of reps with each weight exercises, I then preceded with my back exercises. At 5:45 I began to do my second set of reps of weight exercises. I had completed my workout at 5:50. I then had shaved before taking my shower. I then put in my eye and nose drops before going into the main camp at 6:00. Once inside I then had some fruit and fruit dip. After my bowl of cereal and half of bagel, I had returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth and to take two puffs of my inhaler. I then listened to my book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:20 United had arrived and I was on my way. I had arrived thirty minutes early so I had talked to nurse Sally. She had let me know that she had a cancellation at 11:30 so as to be able to meet with her in regards to the information on the Neurofeedback Providers and to set up an appointment with one of them, in regards to my seizures. At 9:30 I then met with Ashly . During the rest of Newspaper group Ashly and I played a game of cribbage. At 10:00 Ashly and I and had joined the Martial arts group. Today we had worked on squats and jabs. At 10:00 then workout became to Intense for my body to handle. My vision began to become blurred. Michelle had approached me asking, “Are you feeling O.K.?” I then responded and left the group. The noise and movement was getting to be to much. She was then telling me that they are thinking of starting another group at a lower level, toning down the experience of martial arts. At 11:00 I then sent an email out to Tim with Jessica to follow up with the devision of the blind in regards to vocational rehab. At 11:30 I then met with Nurse Sally. She and I first called Main Medical Centers records department so as to obtain copies of my E.E.G. Done in April. Sally then had me sign release forms so taht we could start the process. At 12:00 I then met my driver in the lobby. I had arrived at camp at 1:15. I had eaten my lunch of kayl chips and a sandwich before going to my camp so as to brush my teeth and lay down. I had slept from 1:55-4:20. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
