Talking to Tobie about craft Ideas made from old T-shirt’s during Recreational therapy

My Tuesday morning began at 4:45 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then did my back stretches then stroke recovery stretches before my upper body weight routine. Once my workout was completed, I then shaved and took my shower while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:00 I had gone into the main camp so as to eat some fruit. After a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast, I had gone back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nosed drops before taking in some air. At At 7:00 United Wheelchiar had arrived. They were early do to the other clients being picked up along my route this morning who would be attending the annual summer outing at Rang Pond. I have gone once in the past since my last.  Stroke. It was a good thing I chose not to this year do the hot temperatures today expected to reach 90 degrees. I had arrived at Westside at at 8:45. I had a scheduled break until 9:15. At this time I would have my first counseling session with Priyadarshi. Today was just more or less of an introduction. I, telling him a little bit about me and my struggles and what not. AT 10:00 I then met with Tonie for recreational therapy. Tobie and first spoke about quilt idea made from old T-shirt’s that I had seen her recently do with another client. We then went on pintrest to look up T-shirt quilts. Next week I will be bringing in one old T-shirt to make something with. We also worked with my reminders app. In doing so, writing my self a note to remember the T-shirt and setting an alarm. At 11:00 I had Kala for coverage. Michelle had gone to Range Pond for the day to help out. I had joined Multiculteral Group with Kala. Today the group video Isrial and the Jewish religion and ceremonies. At 12:00 I then went to camp. I had arrived at camp at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then put on my bathing suit and went for a swim at 2:00. I stayed in the water until 2:30. My first swim or the summer. I then went to my camp so as to rest from 2:30-5:30. I then got up to take a shower before pulling up my blog.
