Talking to Sally briefly about getting her on my schedule
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of so as to first do my stretches for stroke recovery. At 5:25 then worked my upper body by doing my first set of weight exercises. At 5:34 I then preceded to do my back exercises. I then did one more religion of my weight routine. At 5:56 I then shaved before taking shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went into the main camp at 6:15 so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:40 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth and to put in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air using my inhaler before putting some clean laundry away. At 7:00 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time I was to be picked up. Had arrived at WestSide at 9:15 after a two hour ride. I then sat in the obey for fifteen minutes before going to the conference room room newsletter group. During the group today I had sent my artical on the Fourth of July to Ashly. She then printed off copies of the news letter. At 10:00 Ashly and I joined martial arts group. I had worked on my balance while punching and kicking. At 11:00 during bullet journal group Jessica had me first drawing a rabbit then an elephant. At 12:00 I had met my driver in the lobby. Before leaving, I had spoken to Sally so as to talk to her about setting up an appointment with a nurse practioiner in Portland from the list Clark, the intern that I was working with. She had asked me who my case manager was and then Stephen appeared. So I will be meeting with Sally next week. At 1:55 I then arrived at camp. Upon doing so, I had eaten lunch. I then went into my camp at 1:55. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then layed down to rest. I slept until 5:00 before waking. I then went into the main camp so as to eatn my dinner. I then returned to my camp at 5:30 so as to sit on my little platform deck and looked at the water I then typed my blog entry at 6:00.
