Utilizing the alarm on my ipad

My Tuesday morning began at at 4:50 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stretching that has been helping in my stroke recovery. At 5:10 I then began to do my upper weight workout. At 5:15 I then turned to my back stretches before ending with another weight routine. At 5:35 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 5:55 Ithen put in my eye and nose drops before going into the main camp so ad to eat breakfast. Once Ihad done so, I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then sat to wait for my ride. On my way to WestSide today I had a sour taste in my mouth and sick feeling in my stomache that resemble the feeling of a seizure. Upon my arrival to WestSide I was feeling a bit tired, that erasured what I had was real. At 9:15 I had read to Pryadarshi my no send letter he had me write. At 10:00 during my rec therapy session with Tobie we had gone over my reminders app while utilizing it with things to remember to do during the week and using the alarm to do so. At 10:45 Tobie had me practice using the sewing machine. We are going to make a pillow case out of one of the T-shirt’s I had brought in. At 11:00 during Expressive Arts, Michelle had us gluing buttons to our canvas. At 12:00  then met with Cec for nursing. We had gone over the information of the q eeg. At 12:30 United Wheelchair had taken me home. Had arrived home at 1:50. Once Ihad eaten my lunch had layed down to rest. Slept til 5:15 before taking a shower. I then soon called it a day.
