Playing mancola with my sister

My Thursday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to first do my stretching that has been helping in my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then grabbed my weights and worked my upper body. At 5:20 I had then focused on my back stretches. At 5:32 I wrapped things up with another repition of my weight exercises. At 5:40 I then shaved before making my move in words with friends. At 6:00 I then had taken my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then went into the main camp at 6:30 so as to eat my breakfast with My sister. Once Ihad finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 6:48 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:15 I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair. Dan had picked me up at camp along with another client who lives in the town in which my camp is in. Dan then took us to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 10:00 a.m. during my session with Kala I had first sent out an email to Tim, My contact for the devision of the blind so as to confirm the time of our appointment to get things started with the paper work. Kala then went to the front desk with me so that I could let Pat know or the change of time for transportation to pick me up. Kala and then worked on editing chapter two in my book. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, she and I had played  three  games of mancola before engaging in a game of chess. At 11:50 we had played one more game of mancola before ending the session. I then went to the lobby at noon so that Dan could take me back to camp. I had arrived back at camp at 1:30. My sister was there waiting. I had gone into the main camp so as to eat lunch before going into my camp so as to rest. After brushing my teeth I had slept from 1:48-4:40. I then went into the main camp so as to mancola. After several games, I had returned to my camp so as to type in todays blog entry. I then took my shower before eating dinner with my sister.
