Working with my reminders app during Recreational therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stroke recovery stretching. After doing so fo thirty minutes, I then began to do my upper body weight workout. At 5:06 I then preceded to do back stretches before doing another repetition of my weight routine. At 5:30 I had ended my workout, thus shaving and taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the main camp so as to eat some fruit before having scrambled eggs and a bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:15 so as to brush my teeth and put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in some air I had gone into the main camp briefly so as to wash the flow vent and mouth piece to my inhaler At 7:15 United Wheelchair had arrived to transport me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:15 I had met with Pryadarci for counseling. Today we spoke about writing a no send letter to get my thoughts and feelings out. At 10:00 during recreational therapy with Tobie, she and I had worked with my I pad in the reminders app so as to write things to remember to do when transplanting my plants. We then talked about fusible interfacing that you put on t-shirts before sewing them. At 11:00 during expressive arts Michelle had us paint our canvas preparing it to put our picture on. At 12:00 I had met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. I had arrived at camp at 1:30 after a ninety minute drive. I had first gone into my camp before going into the main camp at 1:40 so as to eat lunch. After a little salad, I then had kail chips with a sandwich. At 2:15 I then went into my camp at 2:15 so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:20-4:50 before waking. I then pulled my blog and typed of my day before diner.
