A flower to cheer you up
My Friday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by typing up my article to give to Tobie when I ever returend to WestSide. At 6:30 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal and a piece or toast. At I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 6:55 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before making my bed. At 7:20 I then began to do my stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stoke. I then preceded to do my back stretches before taking a shower. At 8:10 I then started a load of laundry. I then sat down to write a letter to my grandmother. At 9:00 I then went to mail the letter and check my mail. At 9:15 I was back in my apartment putting my eye and nose drop in. Once I had taken two puffs of my in haler, I had returned to the laundry room to put my laundry in the dryer. At 9:30 I then sat down to watch the movie "New Your Minute." While doing so, I had put a heat pack on my back. At 10:30 my father had called. At 11:00 I then called my mother. We talked until 11:30. My meal was then brought to me. At 12:00 I then folded my laundry and put it away. While watching the news. I then rested briefly before going out for a walk from 1:42-2:10. I then returned to take a shower. At 2:20 my mother had called. While we were talking my sister had called her. She had to take the call. At 2:45 I then did todays activity. We were given a map of all the north eastern states, and we had to name them all. At 3:15 Nicole from the kitchen had called to get my menu for tomorrow. I then listened to my audio book until 3:30 before speaking to my mother. At 3:57 Mark knocked on my door. He was delivering everyone a rose to cheer them up during theses times. At 4:00 I then ate my dinner After doing so, I then washed my dishes and picked up. At 4:36 I then did a mindfulness practice before pulling up my blog.
