Still having seizures
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with with a half toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, at 6:06 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 6:10 I had brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with stretches that I have been doing each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:45 I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 7:00 I then took a shower before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking two puffs of my inhaler, I then sat down at my kitchen table at 7:30 so as to fill my empty pill containers. At 8:00 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby to wait fo United Wheelchair to arrive. My vision still seem to be a little blurry from the seizure I had. At 8:30 United Wheelchair had arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 8:50, I had sat in the lobby until 9:00. During my rehab session with Becca, we had played three games of chess. This week was my turn for revenge. I had won three games today. Wow!!! At 10:00 I then went to the conference room so as to follow a seated yoga workout with Marie. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi's office for mindfulness and meditation group. Priyadarshi was out so Erin had filled in. She had us listening to a meditation from Keven Pierce. "Love Your Brain. Com." At 12:00 we ended the group. I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back. Upon my arrival back to my apartment, I had made myself a salad. At 12:45 I then sat down to eat. At 12:55 my mother had called to let me know that Dr. Selvitelli's office had called, "my neurologist" so as to set up an appointment for March 16th at 10:00 a.m. My mother then let me know to tell WestSide. At 6:10 I then did a mindfulness practice. At 6:20 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
