Doing a relaxation practice before laying down to rest

My Saturday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a french toast for breakfast. At 10:10 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I then started in with my stretches that have been helping each morning since having my last stroke. At 11:08 I then took in two puffs of air before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 11:15 I had began to do my back stretches. At 11:25, I had done a ten minute breathing meditation before laying down to rest. I had slept from 11:40-2:40 before waking. I then drank a milk shake while watching a movie on netflix on my i pad. At 4:20 I then ate dinner with my parents. At 5:00 I then took a shower before sitting down and watching the weekends Sunday mass online. At 5:35 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
