Resting up for the week ahead

My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by shaving and taking my shower. After doing so, I then made my bed before starting a load of laundry. At 8:45 I had returned to my apartment while my sister was out grocery shopping for me, I had fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 9:05 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 9:10 I had brushed my teeth before putting in eye and nose drops. After taking two puffs of my inhaler, I then put the some linen and pillow away that I used to make my sisters bed with last night. At 9:20 my sister had returned with my groceries. Once I had put them away, I had said good-bye to her and she was on her way home. At 9:50 I then had watched Sunday Mass on line. At 10:20 mass had ended, so I returned to the laundry room to put the wash in the dryer. I then returned to my apartment to listen to my audio book while waiting. At 11:38 I had made myself a salad for lunch. I was craving one. It was my first one since Being really sick two weeks ago. Once my salad was made, at 12:00 I then went to get my laundry in the dryer to fold and put away. At 12:20 I then sat down to eat my salad. At 12:35 I had washed my dishes. Once things were picked up, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:00-3:21 before waking. I then put on a t-shirt and my gym shorts and went to the fitness room. At 3:35 I had cycled for fifteen minutes before stepping onto the incline board so as to hold a calf stretch. At 3:52 I then began my weight exercises with the ten pound strait bar. At 3:55 I continued my weight exercises by using the chest press. After three sets of twenty presses, I had grabbed the seven pound dumbbells to wrap up my weight workout. At 4:08 I then returned to my apartment so as to take a shower. I then pulled up my blog at 4:37 so as to type of my day.
