Doing another paint pouring project during mens craft group
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by drinking my hog cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a waffle for breakfast before. At 6:25 I had brushed my teeth shaved before making my bed. At 6:45 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:50 I then began to do the stretches that have been helping each day since having my last stroke. AT 7:00 I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 7:15 I then took my shower and got ready for the day ahead. At 7:30 I then put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes before grabbing my knapsack and going to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone to the conference for newsletter group. Today Jessica had us putting the text box in the newsletter. We then chose a St. Patricks coloring page to put on the back of the news letter. At 9:45 the news letter was complete, so we had printed off copies and put them in the lobby for clients to have. At 10:00 I had stayed in the conference room for seated yoga group. Marie had us doing a fusion fitness workout. At 11:00 I had continued to stay in the conference room for genealogy group. Today we had worked on one individuals ancestors on his fathers side. At 11:15 Dan came in with Megan, his p.t.a. Student to have her sit in on the group to watch and observe what goes on at Westside Brain injury rehab facility. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so, I then went to the wood shop room for mens craft group. Today we continued to do another paint pouring project with Kacie who was covering for Tobie. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be picking me up. It was Calvin. I do not see much of him anymore because he usually works in the area in which I use to live with my parents, not where I live now. Upon my arrival back to my apartment at 2:11, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:15-4:30 before waking. After taking a shower, I then went to the village green to eat my dinner. At 6:00 I was back in my apartment. Once I was comfortable, I pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
