My Thursday morning began at 7:00 a.m.  by making my bed. I then sat down to eat a bowl of cereal with some fruit, and a piece of toast. At 7;46 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting int my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken puffs of air with my inhaler, at 8:15 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 8:20 U then cleaned my bathroom before starting in with my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 8:42 I then preceded to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 9:00 I then went for a walk in the hallway while Marilyn cleaned my apartment. Upon my return my mother had called. At 10:04 Hanaford had called to let me know that my medication was ready to be picked up while I was talking to my mother. My mother then called me back. We talked until 10:15 I then called hanaford about my propanolol script that was ready. At 11:00 I then did a mindfulness practice. At 11:00 I then watched a net flix movie. While doing so, my meal was delivered. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before sitting down to est. At 12:25 I then called my parents. While talking to my mother, she had asked me to write my grandmother at note and send it to her. I then called my aunt to ask her to give Lisa some pens and pencils and a envelopes or two. At 1:30 I then called up the front desk to pick up my medication. At 1:38 I then called my aunt, she will give Lisa pens and pencils and envelops. At 12?:oo i then lied down to rest. I had slept until 2:45 before receiving a knock on the door from David here at Schooner to see how I was doing. He was making his rounds. My aunt had called at 3:09 to let me know that she had spoke to Lisa. At 3:00 I then listened to my audio book, while playing words with friends. At 3:50 while eating a bowl of cereal, a nurse had knocked on my door, so as to deliver my medication. At 4:30 I had eaten my dinner before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the night.
