Going over my seizure records, so as to get ready for a neurological appointment on Monday during my nursing session with Nurse Sally
My Tuesday morning began at on the tenth day of March, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. It was a great night of sleep all night long. I tend to experience the types of nights for a while after recovering from having a bought of seizures. I had first had my cup of hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then toasted myself a half english muffin to go along with my bowl of cereal. At 6:25 I had washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen before starting in with my stretches that have been helping each morning since having my most recent stroke. At 6:42 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before starting in with my back stretches at 7:00 a.m. Once I had finished stretching, I then took a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had grabbed my things and to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. While waiting, I had checked with Sue the receptionist at the front dest to see if my transportation to my next appointment with Dr. McLean was set to go. It was. United Wheelchair had soon arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had met with Priyadarshi for counseling. I was letting him know how watching the video of Kevin Pierce in his snowboarding accident has brought back memories for me of that tragic that day when I had my ski accident. He was then letting me know of a therapy that he could do with me on how to get rid of those reoccurring dreams or thoughts. We then spoke about the Iris network and how I have been thinking about going there for vision therapy now that there living quarters has changed to the facility itself. At 10:00 I then sent a document or two to Tobie during my recreational therapy session with her, so as to add to my book. We then went into my folder on the client computer in the computer room. Tobie then helped me update the pictures in my book deleting ones that I do not want and cropping some that are to big. We then talked about John, Nurse Sally's husband, having him professionally edit my book. At 11:00 I then went to Nurse Sally's office for my weekly nursing session. We had first gone over my records that I have been keeping of when I have seizures. She then printed off several copies for me, so the she could have one, I could give give one to my neurologist on Monday, and so that I could keep one. We then spoke about then spoke about the presentation and the movie real that I watched on the snow boarder Kevin Pierce and his traumatic brain injury. At 112:00 I then wetn to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who was to take me back. I had arrived at 12:10. Upon arrival at into my apartment, I had eaten my lunch. At 12:42 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:40-3:40. I sure am having a tough time regaining my energy back after having these seizures. Once I was awake, I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog at 4:00. I then began to type of my day before eating dinner.
