My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by taking two tylenol for the pain I was having in my back.and my seizure medication. After doing so, I then went back to sleep. At 8:00 I woke and went into the kitchen. to drink my cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so, I had a bowl of oatmeal with half of a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bedroom 8:40 so as to brush my teeth. At 8:50 I then shaved. At 8:55 I then began to do my back stretches. After doing so, I then made my bed. At 9:10 I then took a shower. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 9:30 I then did my leg exercise using a thera band. while listening to my audio book. At 10:15 a friend had called to talk briefly. At 10:20 my father had given me a haircut. After doing so, At 11:00 I had my telahealth call with nurse Sally. We spoke about my back pain and my P.T. session this afternoon and the possibilities of me getting another orthotic for my leg. At 11:40 our call ended. I then called a friend and left a message. At 12:00 I then had eaten lunch. At 12:10 I then brushed my teeth before watching the news. I then took two tylenol before laying down to rest. At 1:00 I then left the house with my father. My first stop was a stop at my chiropractor. Thank goodness he was able to get me in. Once I had my adjustment, My father then drove me to physical therapy. We had arrived at P.T. at 2:00 p.m. Once I had called in to let them know I was there, Tamara came out to get me. We began our session by changing the tape on my foot. I then cycled for ten minutes. Tamara then had me doing ten squats holding each one ten seconds each. She then had me on the wobble board to help strengthen my ankle. Tamara then had me go to the front desk to schedule more appointments. After I then left for home with my father. We ha arrived. home at 3:15Once I had taken a shower, I then played a game of cribbage with my mother before eating dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 5:00 to pull my blog an type of my day.
