Talking about concussion

My Wednesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa. I then returned to my bedroom to shave before going back out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. At 8:45 I then had egg nog french toast. The recipe is found on a carton of egg nog during the holiday season. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:03 to brush my teeth. At 9:10 I then washed my hair and face. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 9:30 I then began to do my easy back stretches. I then continued to stretch with my new P.T. stretches. I then got ready for my tela health call meeting with Frank. At 10:00 I then answered his email. Today Frank educated me a little more on concussion symptoms. Blurred vision, consciousness, ringing in the ears were some of the symptoms brought up. He then spoke about how when cartoon characters get hit over the head and how they see stars for an example. He then gave me a homework assignment over the week. To look how far I have come and what I have accomplished since my last stroke. What I can do now, that I could not do then. We then spoke about questions to ask P.T. Will I be able to run again? How long will I be expected to wear my A.F.O.? Will I go back to wearing the tape? We spoke about Thanksgiving plans. At 11:00 I then ended my session with Frank. I then went to bed at 11:25 and slept until 2:25. I then had a cup of egg nog while eating a snack. At 2:36 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week before taking a shower. At4:30 I then ate dinner with my parents. We had the inhereds of the Turkey we are having tomorrow along zucchini and potato. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom, so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
