Taping my ankle in a unique way.

My Tuesday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 9:37 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a half of toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, at 9:55 physical rehab had called, so as to schedule me in for another P.T. session with Tamara. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:20 I then made my bed before doing my back stretches. At 10:33 I then did my new P.T. stretches. At 10:40 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. After doing so, I then cleaned my bathroom. At 11:18 I then put in my eye and nose drop before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:21 I then filled my empty pill containers before taking a shower. At 12:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bite to eat for lunch. At 12:24 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 2:30 before leaving for my P.T. session at 2:44. We had arrived at physical rehab at 3:00. Once inside, Tamara first taped my right foot and ankle. She had first cut strips of the tape first to tape on my ankle before wrapping it with the tapy. Tamara then had me doing ten minutes on the nu step on level six. After riding for .36 miles, she then had me hold a calf stretch with some brakes in between. She then had me using the thera bands doing hip extensions and abtuck extensions. At 3:48 my father and I left for home. Upon our arrival at 4:00, I then took a shower before pulling up my blog at 4:21 and typing of my day. I then sat down to a spaghetti feast with my parents.
