Talking to Nurse Sally about changing my primary care doctor

My Monday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking some hot cider. After doing so, I then had an egg, spam, tomato, and cheese on an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 9:06 to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then made my bed before getting dressed for the day. I was not going any where, so I had put on a sweat suit and left it at that. At 9:21 I then shaved before washing my hair. At 9:35 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 9:36 I then put some clean laundry away before cleaning my bathroom. At 10:10 I had taken the sheets off of my bed before doing my easy back stretches. At 10:15 I then began to do my more elaborate back stretches. At 10:36 I continued to stretch by doing my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 11:00 Nurse Sally and I had our session together over telahealth. We spoke about how my P.T. is going, and my back with the chiropractor. We then spoke about changing back to the doctor that I had hear before moving to Auburn. At 11:20 we then ended our call. Sally then called my previous doctor to find out the name of the person to talk to, "Lucy " to see Dr. Sealy once again. At 1:53 I then filled out a card to send to my grandmother. At 12:00 I then watched the news before going to sleep. I had slept until 3:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. I sure do miss playing a game or two with my grandmother every Sunday. This covid-19 has everything in locked down. At 4:00 I then ate dinner. once I had finished eating I had gone to my bedroom to blog of my day.
