My Saturday morning began at 9:20 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I had eaten an egg on a biscuit covered with cheese. Once I had finished eating, I then cycled for fifteen minutes. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:07 so as to brush my teeth. At 10:20 I then shaved before making my bed. At 10:33 I then did my easy back stretches before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air, At 10:40 I then. began to do my stretches that I have been doing since have my most recent stroke. At 11:00 I then began to do my new P.T. stretches. At 11:30 I then continued with my regular back stretches. At 11:30 I had completed my workout. I then put an ice pack on my back for ten minutes before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-2:35. After playing a game of cribbage with my mother, I then took a shower. At 4:00 I then watched a little bit of a Christmas movie on Hal Mark channel before eating dinner. I then went to my bedroom at 4:50 to pull up my blog and type of my day.
