My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 6:45 I then had a bowl of oatmeal with banana in my cereal along with some banana bread. Once I had finished eating, at 7:00 I then brushed my teeth before shaving. At 7:13 I then took a shower. Once I was dressed and ready for the day, I then did my back stretches. After putting in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. After 7:45 I then did my constant therapy. I then waited for my United Wheelchair to arrive. I was soon on my way at 9:00 a.m. Upon my arrival at 10:30 a.m. I went to the conference room to writing group with Kieleigh. During group I continued to working on my third book. At 11:30 I then met with Angela for my O.T. Session. Today we spoke about speech and swallowing. We then spoke about doing modifying technical strategies for cooking. We then spoke about getting a smart phone through the division of the blind. Angela also told me that there will be a meeting about what comes next during O.T. At 12:00 I then ate my lunch in the client lounge At 12:30 I then had my first speech session with Carina working with the vital stem on my throat. I had patches put on my throat area. Then it felt like it was being shocked to strengthen the muscles. While doing so, I took small drinks of water. At 1:00 I then went to the craft room for painting group with keileigh and Abby. Today I began to paint a new painting. At 2:00 I then went to Faiths office for recreational therapy. At 3:00 I then went home. I arrived home at 4:15. After taking a shower and getting comfortable, I then had a salad. At 4:45 I had eaten dinner. At 5:10 I then blogged of my day.
