My Tuesday morning began at 6:15 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then at 6:30 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with an english muffin. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. After making my bad, at 7:00 I then took a shower, so as to get ready fro the day ahead. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler. After doing my back stretches. At 8:00 United Wheelchair arrived to bring me to Nero Restorative .for my daily therapy. Once inside, I went to the client lounge to do my constant therapy. After doing so I then put thank you notes in Caryns mailbox for taking me to Bedard's to get my new rollator. At 9:45 during Reading Group with Keileigh. I was the only client in the group, so Keileigh and I read a story about Avi and the tree giants and how she chose to be with them at the end. At 10:30 during my P.T. Session with Dan I first walked with Dan 280 feet before going on the Nu Step. After riding for 12 minutes on level 2 Dan had me go into the parallel bars to take steps onto a block alternating legs. At 11:24 I then went to the conference room for B.I.E. Faith and Abby. Today we talked about brain injury surgeries. Pain Management, and Medications to help with T.B.I. At 12:00 during my O.T. Session with Lorie I signed releases for the Brain Injury Wav-or. At 12:00 I then ate my lunch during my speech session with Carina while I was connected to the e-stem to strengthen my through, so as to prevent choking. At 12:30 I then went home. I arrived home at 2:27. Once inside my bedroom, I had filled my empty pill containers. After doing so, I then called the pharmacy to order a script. After doing so, I then ate dinner. After taking a shower, so as to get comfortable for the eveing, I then blogged of my day.
