My New Years 2026 morning began at 10:20 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:34 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a toasted biscuit. At 11:00 I then made my bed. At 11:22 I then brushed my teeth before putting my eye and nose drops in. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:28 I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:58 I did my back stretches while watching the news. At 12:10 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:25 I then used my hand grips before doing my thera band exercises. At 12:40 I then strapped on my ankle weights. I then began to do my leg exercises. At 12:50 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to work upper body. At 12:57 I ended my workout by doing another set of back stretches. At 1:06 I then had something to drink. While doing a word search puzzle. At 2:00 I then filled my empty pill containers. At. 2:40 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:00 I then ate my salad. At 3:20 I then ate dinner. At 4:00 I then pulled up blog and typed of my day.
