My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by drinking my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. At 5:40 I then had some oat meal with an english muffin along with some banana. At 6:00 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. After taking a shower and was dressed for the day, at 6:48 I then put in my eye and nose drops . Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler I then made my bed. After doing so, I then soon was on my way to Neuro Restorative. I first had a P.T. Session with my physical therapist Caryn. We first got into the van and took a ride to Bedard medical supplies. Upon our arrival we looked at new rollators. While doing so I tried some out. I soon found the one. It is a beauty. At least I think so. It is red and fits my hight well. It also helps me stand up strait to support my back. Once I had paid for it, we then put it back and took my old one and my new on back to Nero Restorative. Carin then had me in the gym riding the Nu Step for fifteen minutes on level two. At 11:15 I then joined Trivia group for the first time. We looked at pictures on the screen to try to identify what movie they are with Keileigh and Dan. At 12:00 I then did my constant therapy in the client lounge. At 12:30 during speech with Carina I had eaten my lunch while doing E-Stem. We then talked about having a barium swallow ordered from my Neurologist. At 1:00 I then went home. I arrived home at 2:20. Once I arrived home, I took a shower and got comfortable for the rest of the day. I then ate my salad before pulling my blog and typing of my day before eating dinner.
