My Friday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 5:45 I then had a bowl of oatmeal with a toasted english muffin with jams. At 7:00 I then brushed my teeth and shave. At 7:20 I then did my back stretches. After taking a shower, and getting dressed for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then left the house at 8:30 with my parents for and eye appoint. Once we arrived at Optometric Associates at 9:45 I first had to fill out yearly forms before beginning my yearly eye exam. Once I had read the eye chart and had my blood pressure taken, I then had my field of vision test done. As I stared into the bright light in the middle of the screen with a a clicker in my hand I waited patiently for a spark of light to enter one of the fields of vision that I can see out of. I am surprised that I am not bumping into walls every where I go with what little vision that I have. After my field of vision test, Dr. Henry then had me read an eye chart as he changed lenses in my eyes. At 11:52 My parents and I left for home after they had their eyes checked by a different doctor. At 1:15 we arrived home. Once I was comfortable, I then did my constant therapy. After doing so, I then did some exercises before eating my salad at 3:10. At 3:50 I then ate dinner. At 4:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
