My Wednesday morning began at 8:50 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 8:40 I then had scrambled eggs with a slice of toast along with some banana. Once I had finished eating, at 8:50 I then made my bed, before brushing my teeth. After doing so, I then shaved before taking a shower. Once I was dressed for the day, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then began to do my constant therapy. At 10:40 United Wheelchair had arrived and I was on my way to Nero Restorative. I had arrived at 11:40. I went to the client lounge for twenty minutes to work on my typing exercises. At 12:00 I then went to the dining ares to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. Dan first had me riding the Nu Step on level three for fifteen minutes. Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing some balance exercises. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Calvin the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I arrived home at 3:00. After eating my salad and dinner, I had taken a shower to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:25 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
