My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of oatmeal with a toasted english muffin slong with some banana. At 5:55 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I dressed and ready for my day, I then did my constant theapy and typing exercises. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived and I was on my way to Nero Restorative. Upon my arrival at 9:45 Ray a United Wheelchair driver that I saw amongst the other drivers as I walked in the building said to me "Say hi to your dad." At 9:00 I had gone to Faith's office for my recreational therapy session. Today I worked on writing about the author to put on the back cover of the book, while Faith worked on publishing my book on KDP. At 10:00 I then went over to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. We began the session with a walk. We then went back into the gym, so that I could ride the Nu Step for fiteen minutes. After doing so, I then went into the the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. At 11:00 I then went to the sewing room for nifty nitter's group with Tobie. Today I continued working on my project. "Hey I think I am getting the hang of it!" At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who world be taking me home. I arrived home at 1:15. After eating my salad, I then brushed my teeth, then lied down to rest. I slept from 1:40 and slept until 3:40. Once I had finished eaeting a plate of spaghetti, I then took a shower to get comfortable for the evening. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
