doing some path finding exercises during P.T.

I began my Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to a bowl of chereo's for breakfast with banana and a half of an English muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen, before starting the dishwasher. I then brushed my teeth, I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 8:40 I then returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and my stretching. At 9:10 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 9:25 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 9:50 I then started a load of laundry. At 10:25 I then emptied the dishwasher and put the dish's away. At 10:40 I then folded some laundry before hanging the load in the washer to dry. I then brought my things to the door. Larry from United arrived shortly after. I had arrived at Westside at 12:50. At 1:00 I then went straight to the conference room for support group. Once Dee Dee, Denise, Tina, and I shared our weeks events with Deb and Jen I then went to the gym for physical therapy with Dan. We first called my doctor to see what it is he doesn't want me to do for activity. I then took it easy Dan had me do path finding exercises. We first place some colored cones throughout the lower level Westside. I then had to remember where they were. While looking for the cones Dan was looking for the quality of my walking. At 3:00 I went to the lobby to wait for Nancy for my P.T. session. We then went into her office. While in there we did some things again with my I pad. United then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:30. After taking my shower, I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then went to my computer to blog.

  1. It might get boring after a while, but taking it slow during PT sessions is really the best way to go, so as to not overextend those recovering bones or muscles, which may cause the injury to recur.
