A ride to Augusta to look for a door knob
I started my Labor Day morning at 8:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. After doing so I had returned to my room to get ready to go with my parents for the morning. Once I had taken my shower and got dressed, there was no time for exercises, for you see we were on the road to Augusta by 10:30. We had gone to Home Depot to look at door knobs for the new door we had put in the front of the house. While at Home Depot they were serving free hot dogs, chips, drinks, and dessert do to the holiday weekend. At 12:00 we were then on our way back home. We had arrived home at 1:10. You'll never guessed where I went once I was inside? That is right, to bed. I had slept until 3:10 before getting up. I then went on my I pad to play words with friends. At 4:30 I then did some leg exercises using a thero band. At 5:00 I then did my tension I.D. and control exercises. I also did some laughter therapy. At 5:15 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. At 5:40 we had returned to my bedroom to blog.
