Standing in the parallel bars working on balance.

I began my Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. Once I had done so I then had a bowl of cereal and a toasted English muffin with peanut butter and honey. Once I had finished eating my breakfast I had gone back to my bedroom to brush my teeth before going downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. At 9:00 I had returned to my bedroom to do my weight exercises leg and arm. Once I had done so I had preceded to do my stretching. At 9:30 I then took my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. At 10:00 I had gone to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I then returned to my bedroom to clean my bathroom before sitting down to fill my pill containers for the week. At 10:25 I then put some clean laundry away before sitting down to eat my lunch at 10:40. I had some left over crepes. At 10:50 I then brushed my teeth before returning to the laundry room to hang the laundry to dry. I then folded some laundry that had ben dry. At 11:30 I then grabbed my things and sat in the foyer to wait for United. upon my arrival to Westside for 1:00 I had made my way into the conference room for support group. Today Denise, Tina, Linda, and I first enter our fists in the center of the table with Deb and Jen and said, "STAY POSITIVE!" We then each took a turn to check in. Linda broke her rib last week, she said she was tired and in pain. Linda mentioned her mom checks in on her each week making sure she is attending rehab. Linda uses stimulator and or brace at home. Linda mentions how her daughter worry's about Linda's appearance on her wedding day. Linda also wants to walk in a 5k. Denise took her dog for a walk while on her scooter. Tina doing alright. had a B B Q last weekend. She mentions how she only has one room mate now. I then checked in with Deb and Jen. At 2:00 during P.T. Dan first took my blood pressure; 108 over 74. I then walked on the tread mill for 22:16 at 2.7 miles per hour. I had burned 100 calories and walked one mile. My blood pressure reading then was 11o over 80. Dan then had me standing in the parallel bars using a platform stepping up with right foot then left foot. He then had me standing still with my arms crossed. Dan then had me look to the right and then to the left working on balance. At 3:oo United took me home. I had arrived home at 4:30. I then went in took a shower to get comfortable before dinner. I then went to the kitchen to a bowl of soup for dinner. I then went to my lap top to blog.
