Talking to Dan the United Driver to and from WestSide today.

I began my Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat a bowl of cereal and a toasted English muffin for breakfast. First I had enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate and some cut up fruit. Once I had finished eating, I loaded the dishwasher to start. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth, then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine. At 9:00 I then went back to my bedroom to make my bed. While in my bedroom, I preceded to do my weight exercises. At 9:20 I had finished my workout by stretching. At 9:30 my mother had called me from work. I then continued to stretch. Once Off the telephone I had filled out that I had to mail. At 10:00 my neurologists office had called. I then brought my mail to the mail box. I then began to get ready to go to therapy. At 10:50 I had emptied the dishwasher. I then sat down to wait for my ride. Upon my arrival to Westside for 1:00 a.m. I had made my way into the conference room for support group. First Tina, Denise, Chris, Camie, linda, and I said "STAY POSITIVE!" we then shared with Deb and Florina our weekly events. Tina went to the veterans grave to visit her fathers grave. Camie had mentioned a restaurant she prefres not to eat at. She also is getting ready to do a benefit walk. Camie is also frustrated with math. Denise likes to walk her dog. Chris keeps looking for a new apartment. He also has until the end of the month to get his license back. Today's question was, Do you ever get angery with your disability? At 2:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first took my blood pressure; 110 over 80. I then went twenty minutes on the Nu Step. Dan then took my blood pressure 110 over 80. I had gone 1.02 miles. Dan then had me in the middle of the gym doing some side stepping. I then went to the parallel bars to go through leg exercises twice. At 3:00 I then had my O.T. session with Nancy. Today Nancy had helped me with my I pad by putting the new words with friends apt on my screen. At 3:30 I then went to the conference room for a focus group. While in there Arnie and I signed up for some new therapy's I had signed up for a poetry group. Along with all my other therapy P.T. Speech, and O.T. Dan from United brought me home. Upon my arrivel home I had visited with my sister, before eating dinner, I then took my shower before sitting down to blog.
