building my way back up to my full work out slow but sure
I began my Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. Once I had finished my hot cocoa I then had a bowl of cereal of cereal with a cut banana. At 8:10 I then went back to my bathroom to brush my teeth. At 8:20 I then made my bed before beginning to do my stretching and weight routine, still keeping in mind I am to be taking it easy. At 9:30 I then sat down to watch the news for an hour before doing my speech and breathing exercises. At 11:30 I then took my shower before making myself a sandwich for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then took in the laundry off from the clothing line. Once I had put the laundry away, mom had picked me up at 1:00 to shopping at Wal-Mart with my she and my grandmother. We had dropped my grandmother off at the Pierce House before making our way home for 3:15. We had arrived home at 3:30. Once inside I had gone on line for an hour. At 4:30, I then Went out to the kitchen eat dinner. At 5:15 I was back at my computer to do my daily blog entrée.
