Trying to stay postive while living with a brain injury

I began my first day of May at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to first eat some fruit and drink my hot cocoa. I then had eaten some pancakes for breakfast. At 8:35 I had brushed my teeth before beginning to stretch. Still keeping in mind the doctor wants me to take it easy for at another two weeks do to the seizures I had. After doing a little weight workout I then took my shower. At 10:10 I then Washed some dish's that were in the sink. After doing so, I then continued to get ready for the rest of my day. Once I had done so, I had given my grandmother a call. I then sat to wait for United Wheelchair. While doing so, I had done my speech and breathing exercises. United had arrived at 11:30. I had arrived at Westside at 1:00 a.m. Thus making my way to the conference room with other clients for support group. Cammie, Chris, Tina, Denise, Linda, Dee Dee and I Started the group by putting our fist in the middle of the table and said, "STAY POSSITIVE!" Denise then went around trying to remember all of our names. We then checked in. Linda learned how to make a pony tail using only one hand. Keep in mind Linda had a stroke and has the use of only one hand. Chris shared how he had fallen 30feet thus landing on sinder blocks. Cammie will be going on a walk, and Denise helped her brother paint her house. Dee Dee made smoothy's. Still tired to get ready but was able to get herself ready to go camping. Chris was worried is was getting evicted but is able to stay in his apartment until July. At 2:00 during Got Game Group Denise and I had played Uno. At 3:00 during my O.T. session with Nancy She had showed my how to make the screen dim so as to prevent giving me a head ache when I blog. We had called the I.T. help desk from goodwill At 3:30 Florian took me home. I had arrived home at 4:30 Upon doing so I had taken my shower before going out to the kitchen to eat my dinner with my parents. We had corn on the cob, chicken, and potato salad. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
