Doing the Warrior in Yoga group

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a banana sandwich with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 6:00 to begin doing my weight exercises. Once I had finished with my stretching, I then preceded to take my shower and get ready for the day ahead. I then gathered my lunch and my duffle bag and sat down to wait for my fide. Larry from United arrived at 7:30 to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had put my lunch in my locker before going to the conference room for yoga group with Michelle and Carol. Today we began the group with breathing warm ups. Sa Ta Na Ma we said as we touched each finger with our thumb. We then did some sun breaths. We then did some yoga by using the Wii. Some of the exercises we did were the Warrior, Breathing, Torsos Twist, and raising legs. At 10:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Courtney. I first rode the Nu Step for 20:14. After going 1.04 miles, Courtney had me out in the hallway doing some tandem stepping. We then went back in the gym to stretch. At 11:00 I then met with Sam to share with her what was on my mind. At 11:30 I then had my nursing session with Cec who was covering for Sally while on vacation. We spoke about the bad headache I had Sunday and the botox injections I will be getting. I will then have six weeks of P.T. followed by the injection. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch before taking a shower. I then met with Deb at 12:30. I then met with my case manager Piper before going home. I had arrived home at 3:00 thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 5:20 before getting up to eat dinner. I then sat down to blog.
