Resting up for the week ahead while managing a migrane headache
My Sunday morning began this day at 7:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises, leg then arm. After doing so, I spent time to do my stretching. Once I had finished my workout I then shaved before going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Little did I know things would be going down hill from here. Once I had finished eating the dropped egg on toast my mother had mad me to eat, I returned to my bedroom at 8:30 to take my shower and brush my teeth. Once I was ready, I was watching the news while waiting for my parents to leave to go to church, All of a sudden a migrane came on, Oh great the pain of it all. I then ended up getting out of my church clothing and putting something comfortable on. I do not get these migraines that often now, but when they arrive, look out! I then went to bed at 10:00 and there I stay for three hours fast a sleep. I then got up at 1:15 and went out into the kitchen for a bowl of soup. I then went back to my bedroom at 1:40. I had brushed my teeth once again before laying down to rest until 4:30. Needless to say I was still tired. I then got up and went out into the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. A Pulled pork sandwich with all the fixings. I then returned to my bedroom to blog before going back to bed.
