Receiving our Certificat of Achievement on my last day of Taiji
I began my Monday morning as usual bright and early at 5:00 a.m. by getting to do my weight exercises. I would much prefer to be out on the roads running wild but, I am not there yet. and the operative word is, "YET." Once I had finished stretching I then took my shower at 5:45 before going out into the kitchen. At 6:10 I then sat down to eat a bowl of hot cereal, toasted english muffin, and my fruit. Once I had done so, I had returned to my room to brush my teeth, Once I had picked up my bathroom, I then sat down in my recliner to wait for United to arrive. I soon arrived at WestSide at 8:45. Enough to put my lunch in the refrigerator and knapsack in my locker. Once I had done so I went to the gym for my P.T. session with Matt. I started by walking on the treadmill for fifteen minutes. After walking .538 miles matt then had me in the parallel bars standing on the erix pad. As I was doing so, he had me look up, down, and to the sides. Matt and I then went outside to do some walking. After my P.T. session, I then went to the conference room for what was to be my last Tai Chi group. It was to be ending for the summer months. Joe first reviewed what we had learned. We then filled out a questionare. We were then given our certificate of achievement. It was to let us know we had achieved the hight standard of excellence in Taiji and QiGong Master Level 1. At 11:00 I then went to Laughter Therapy in the same conference room but on the other side. Today Deb Florina had us first check in saying something positive, followed by a yahoo! Some one in the group mentioned how they planted flowers in a toilet, HA HA HA HA !!! NO joking. we then watched videos of cats doing funny things. We also watched practical jokers. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating my lunch. At 1:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 2:20, thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 4:45 before getting up to eat dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
