Keeping up with my daily motivator
My Thursday morning began this day at 8:00 a.m. I had waited for my parents to leave before going out into the kitchen. After drinking my cocoa and eating the plait of fruit my mother had fixed me, I then preceded to get myself a bowl of cereal and toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating I then preceded to brush my teeth and shave before starting a load of laundry. After doing so, I then went to the kitchen to wash some dish's and put them away. Once I had started the dish washer, I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed before reading my daily motivator, titled, "Stay on the path," I just started doing this, this past week. A therapist at WestSide Neuro rehabilitation introduced me to this on line. What a great pick me up, to start the day. At 9:00 I then went to the laundry room to fold some laundry and put it away before hanging another load to dry. At 9:45 my mother had called from work to ask me to do something. After doing so, I then Preceded to do my weight exercises at 10:00. After doing so I then called my grandmother before finishing an application I was working on. At 11:00 I then lied down to rest for an hour. I then got up to take my shower and get ready for the rest of my day. After doing so, I had made myself some lunch. Once I had finished eating at 12:45 I had emptied the dish washer, thus putting the dish"s away. At 1:00 My mother arrived home from work, thus taking me downtown, so that I could do some walking. I had done so for a while before going to my grandmothers to meet my mother so that she could bring me home. I had visited with my grandmother before leaving. At 2:30 we then left for home. Upon my arrival, I had spoke with a friend briefly before taking a shower. I then sat down to blog at 4:30 before calling it a day.
