SURPRISE !!!

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my weight exercises. After thirty minutes of rough stuff I then stretched. At 5:50 I then took my shower before going out into the kitchen to eat a bowl of hot cereal and english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom brush my before sitting down to watch some news before leaving to go to therapy. I had arrived to West Side at 8:45, thus putting my lunch in the refrigerator and my knapsack in my locker. I then returned to the conference room for Yoga with Michelle and Carol. Today the group spent time Following a floor yoga workout while we worked on our breathing and stretching. That is the hardest thing for me to do since my stroke is to breath. It is so weird, at times I will forget to breath while doing exercise, or something I am concentrating on. We then ended the group doing corps pose. At 10:00 I then went down to the gym for my P.T. session with Amanda. Amanda first had me on the Nu Step for ten minutes on level five and then twenty minutes on level four. I then went in the parallel bars to do one set on my leg exercise routine, using three pound weights. Amanda then had me standing on the arix pad looking from side to side, up and down. At 11:00 I then took my shower before my nursing session with Sally at 11:30. Sally had taken my blood pressure 126 over 68. We then talked about my botox appointment. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with other clients. At 12:30 I then met with Deb for a thirty minute support session. Deb and I worked with my I pad looking up certain things. Before going home I had met with my case manager Piper. We spoke about me getting interested in things in my community. Lee from United then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:30, thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up. I then went to the kitchen for a bowl of soup. I then went back to my bedroom for a surprise. My father had brought my desk from downstairs into my bedroom for me to use. Rather then using my desk in my bathroom. I was so when I had arrived home, I did not even see before laying down. My vision is so bad, I did not even see it when I woke up. Now go figure. My parents had to point it out to me. I then put my lap top on it to blog.
