A Visit to Dr. Emery's office
I began my Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. by taking the sheets off my bed and bringing them to the laundry room to start a wash. I then went back to the kitchen to drink my hot cocao and eat some fruit while reading the news paper. I then had a bowl cereal with a toasted muffin. At 8:40 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I had returned to the laundry room to retrieve the laundry to hang outside to dry. After doing so, I then went out for a walk. I had walked for thirty minutes before returning home at 10:00. I then made myself a glass of ice water before sitting down to shuck some peas out on the deck until 11:15. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom at 11:15 to fill my pill containers for the week. At 11:25 I then began to do my upper weight exercises. I then strapped on the ankle weights and begain to work my legs. At 11:45 I then started to stretch. I did so for thirty minutes, before making myself a sandwhich for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth and took my shower. Once I was completely ready, I then sat down to wait. My mother arrived home from work at 1:15. We then left to go to Wal-Mart. While there I had picked up a few things. At 2:10 we had left Wal-Mart tp gp the doctors. At 3:15 I first met with the nurse who took my vital signs. I then met with Dr. Emery. Once I was through with my appointment she had set me up with some tests to see what is going on with my breathing problems. She also pointed out home my right arm is a little bent from my stroke. I don't know what more I could have done. I exercise contantly. At 3:45 we had left the doctors. At 4:00 we stopped to visit my grandmother at the Pierce House. After doing so we then left for home. We had arrived home at 4:30. I then got myself comfortable before sitting down to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to blog.
