Walking along the River Walk
I began my Friday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my Weights exercises. First my upper then my lower. After doing so, I then preceded to stretch. Once I had finished my morning workout, I then continued to get ready for the rest of my day. Once I had taken my shower, I then had gone out to the kitchen to eat some fuit, I then had a bowl of cereal with a half of a toasted english muffin. I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After doing so I had packed my knapsack, grabbed my lunch. I then went to the foyer to wait for United. Upon my arrival to WestSide this morning, Myself and three other clients joined Matt, Casey, and Michelle in walking to wellness. We had gone to the River walk in Auburn to walk today. While walking we had taken a couple of breaks sitting on the benches along the trail. We returned to WestSide at 11:00. We then went to the conference room for stretching group. We each took turns naming a stretch with Michelle and Courtney as we listened to some music from 80's, 90's, and today. At 12:00 Larry took me home. I had arrived home at 2:20. Upon doing so I had taken a shower before taking in some laundry off the clothing line. I then mad myself a sandwhick. Once I had finished eating I had called my grandmother. I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-5:10. Once I had finshed eating my father took me to the shop to give me a haircut. I then returned home at 6:45. I then sat down to blog.
