Walking on the River Walk in Auburn
I began my Friday morning at bright and early as usual at 5:00 a.m. by doing my weight exercises with my upper body. I then spent time doing my leg exercises witih my ankle weights strapped on. At 5:30 I the began to stretch. Once I had finished with my morning workout, I had preceded to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had taken my shower. I then went out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My mother had made me an egg sandwhich. I had returned to my bedroom at 6:30 to brush my teeth before picking things up. I then sat down to wait for United wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had filled my bottle up with water and took a puff with my inhaler. The walking group then went to the River Walk in Auburn to walk around with Michelle and Casey. We had done so until 10:45. We then loaded into the van and headed back to WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had gone to the conference room fro stretching group with Michelle and Courtney for 11:00. They had us each take turns naming a stretch to do. We each named about four stretches before the group was finished. Tobie then gave me the dates for the cycling in portland along the back bay with Maine Adaptive. She also had asked me how my traing was going at home in preparation to walk the 5k that I will be doing in August. I had let her know I have walking two miles every day I don't go to therapy. At 12:00 United then took me home. I had arrived home at 1:25. Upon doing so I had taken in the laundry. I then made myself a grill cheese for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth, before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-5:00 before getting up. I then had taken a shower before having a bowl of clam chowder with my parents for dinner. At 5:45 I then went to my room to blog.
