Going for a Pulmonary Function Test
I began my Thursday morning at 7:50 a.m. by getting up to go out into the kitchen to drink my hot coacoa and eat some fruit. I then toasted a plane doughnut and had a bowl of granola with a cut up banana. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before taking the sheets off my bed. After doing so, I had brought them to the laundry room to start a wash. At 8:30 I then went for a walk. I had returned home at 9:10. Upon doing so I had hung the laundry to dry. After doing so I then went to my bedroom to do my leg exercises. At 10:15 I then put clean sheet on my bed. I then went to the kitchen to wash some dish's. After doing so I then filled my containers for the week. At 11:00 I then took my shower. After doing so I then started a laod of laundry before getting ready. At 11:55 I then hung a load of laundry to dry. At 12:30 My mother had arrived home from work. She then took me to the hospital. While there I had a polminary function test. Allot of breathing was done, let me tell you. I had taken the test with out the use of elbuteral. After the test, I was then given some elbuteral to help me breath once again. we left the hospital at 2:15. At 2:30 we then went to visit my grandmother. We had arrived home at 3:15. I then played some word trick until 4:30. I then folded some laundry on the clothing line. After doing so, I had taken a shower before sitting down to fill out a recreatio and leisure interest inventory for rec therapy at WestSide. I then pulled up my blog bbefore dinner.
