Planning a hike in Farmington

I began my Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. After doing so I then preceded to get ready for my day ahead. After doing so I the filled my pill containers for the week. I then grabbed my lunch and my knapsack, United then took me to WestSide. Upon my arrival, Matt and Carol met in the conference room with hiking group. We first reviewed last weeks hike, which I did not attend do to time off. We then started to plan a day long hiking trip. The top two options were one a hike through the trails of Farmington, Bonnie Woods and Flint Woods ect. or at Wolf's Kneck State Park in Freeport. Next weeks hike is on the Barker Trail in New Auburn. At 11:00 I then went to laughter therapy group. We first stated one positive thing about our weekend followed by a YEH!!! We then talked about inviing Robert Reverse to our group. He is a laughter instructer. At 12:00 I then had lunch in the dining area with others. After doing so I had met briefly with Piper my case manager to sign some papers. At 12:30 I then went to the gym for my P.T. sessiong with Mat. Today he had me walking on the tredmill for thirty minutes so as to work on my balance. United then took me home. I had arrived home 3:30. Upon doing so I had taken a shower before sitting down to blog.
