Baking Bedtime Brownies during Baking Basics Group

My Monday morning began on this fourth day of May at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so, I then grabbed my dumbbells abd began to work my upper body. After doing so, I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. Once I had completed my workout, I had shaved and showered before going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal and a toasted bun. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 6:50 to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my lunch and my knapsack and out  the door I went. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. Being an hour early do to another patients appointment who had rode in my for 9:00, I had sat in the lobby to wait. At 10:00 I then went to the conference room for tai chi group. Today after working on our balance while doing tai chi exercises, we were informed that tai chi would be changed to Tuesdays this summer with a different instructor. At 11:00 I had made my way to the kitchen for baking basics group. Today Nichole and Casey had us making Bedtime Brownies. My task was to mix the flower, baking cocoa, baking powder, and salt. First I had to melt butter. Once we had finisehd the recipe, we each tried a piece as we were looking up a meal to bake for next week. At 12:30 I then had lunch. At 1:00 I had met Deb upstairs for our rehab session. Today we looked up pintrest. Deb then showed me the things you are able to do. At 2:00 I then took a shower before going to the kitchen to sit down in peace and quiet to blog before social group. I then went home at 4:00.
