Making Mothers Day cards during Expressive Arts

I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to do my stretching exercises. Once I had finished stretching, I had shaved before grabbing my dumb bells and began to do my weight exercises. After doing so, I then strapped my ankle weights on and started to lift my legs in every direction possible. Once I had completed my workout I had taken my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing I had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had brushed my teeth, United wheelchair soon picked me up to bring me to therapy. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had put my lunch and belongings into my locker before making my way to the conference room. Today Deb and Matt had us following a chair yoga workout. At 10:00 I had met Alex in the gym for my p.t session. Today I had taken the incombant bike outside, thus riding it in the parking lot. I had made seven trips up and back around cones alex had set up for me to go around. At 10:38 my started to become tired, so we had gone inside to play a game of cribbage before ending the session. At 11:00 I had gone to the craft room for expressive arts group. Today Joyce and Casey had us making mothers day cards. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before meeting with Piper at 12:45 for case management. Once we had finished talking, United Wheelchair then took me home at 1:00. I had arrived home at 2:30 thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:10 before getting up. I then had gone out into the kitchen to eat dinner. At 5:45 I then returned to my bedroom to blog.
