focussing on vision during brain injury education group

My Wednesday morning began on this twentieth day of May by getting up to stretch at 5:30 a.m. After doing so I then began to do my weight workout, both upper and lower. After my morning workout at 6:08 I had shaved and taken my shower. After doing so I then found myself out in the kitchen eating some pineapple, cantolope, some banana with fruit dip. After doing so, I then had a toasted bagel with jam on it. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth. I then sat to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. I had arrived at WestSide for 9:30. Just in time for my counseling appointment with Maria. We had spent the session practicing with the breathing apt on my I pad. At 10:00 I had met Matt in the gym for some P.T. We had began the hour by walking outside. We then went back to WestSide to work on my balance using the rings to toss trying to get them around the pole. We the passed a mini football back and fourth. At 11:00 I had gone back inside to the conference room to meet with Brain Injury Education Group. Lydia sat in for Michelle today, so Deb had us inform her on what the group has been doing. We had explained to her how we were working on the visual loss aspect after a brain injury. As we were doing so, we had showed her the different types of glasses that help people experience what it is like to see we the different types of visual loss. We let her know of our next presentation with the Scrub Club. This is a group students interested in entering the medical field after high school. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before making my way back to the conference room for support group. Today's quote we discussed was, "The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you've come." At 2:00 United then took me home. I had arrived home at 3:30, thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:15 before getting up to eat dinner. After doing so, I had called my grandmother before pulling up my blog.
