Making a spring time collage
My Tuesday morning began on this morning at 5:00 a..m. by getting up to stretch. Once I had completed my thirty minute routine, I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit with fruit dip. I had returned to my bedroom after doing so at 5:50 to start in with my upper body workout. Once I had finished my weight exercises, I had grabbed my razor and began to shave before strapping on my ankle weights and working my legs. At 6:15 I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I had made my way back out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I then returned to my bedroom after a bowl of hot cereal to brush my teeth, I then took my medication out so as to fill the empty pill containers for the week. At 7:24 United wheelchair arrived at my doorstep. John had taken me to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. Once I had my lunch and knapsack in my locker, I had then made my way to the conference room for Yoga Group. Today Matt and Michelle had us following a yoga workout called, You Call This Yoga? Michelle then guided us through some stretches as to complete the hour. At 10:00 I had stayed in the conference room for stretching group. Flourina and Matt had each of us naming off a stretch to do so as to use our muscle and memory at the same time. At 11:00 I then made made my to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle and Casey had us making spring colages to hang in the lobby for the season. In doing so we had cut out colorful pictures from magazines and pasted them on a piece of paper we were given so as to make a vibrant picture. At 12:00 I had taken my shower before eating my lunch. At 12:45 I then met with Piper for Case Management. At 1:00 I had gone to the lobby to meet my ride. Larry then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:30 thus putting on something comfortable once inside before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:30-4:30 before getting to blog. I then went into the kitchen to eat before calling it a day.
