Recording foods in the past week for each meal that had either made me choke or that I had a hard time swallowing
My Thursday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After doing so, I had taken the sheets off my bed. At 9:00 I had taken them and the rest of my dirty laundry to the laundry to start a load of laundry. Once it was done, I had hung the load to dry. At 10:30 I then had started another load of laundry before going outside to do some raking. At 11:15 I then was back inside to start another load before hanging the load that was in the washer. After doing so, I had called my grandmother to see how her day was going before going back outside to rake. I had raked until 12:00 p.m. before going inside to make myself a sandwich to eat while watching the news. Having a hard time swallowing certain foods for the past month. I will be meeting with speech therapy at WestSide on Wednesday to see what can be done. Certain foods are not going down getting lodge in my throat and certain liquids are causing me to choke. We will see what goes on Wednesday. At 12:20 I had taken in some laundry before hanging another load to dry. At 12:40 I had taken a shower before laying down to rest at 1:00. I had slept until 2:30. I then went outside to take in some laundry that had dried. As I was putting it away, A friend had called. We had spoke for a while, I then sat down to record notes taken of the foods I have been eating every meal time for the past five days and describing how they went down. At 5:30 I then went out into the kitchen to eat dinner. After dinner I had gone downstairs to warm up by the fire. I then went back upstairs to my laptop to enter my daily blog.
