Fluid art paint poring on canvas

My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I had fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I hd finished eating my breakfast, I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:30 I then made my bed before brushing my teeth. At 6:42 I then shaved before starting in with my back stretches. Once I had finished with my stroke recovery stretches, I then took my shower and continued to get ready. At 7:20 I then put my heat and ice packs on my back, ten minutes each. At 7:40 I then put my nose and ey drops in before using my inhaler. At 8:00 I then went to the Camden living room to wait for my ride. At 8:30 United Wheelchair had arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone to the conference room. During my rehab session wit Jessica we began to organize my apps into folders. At 10:00 during seated yoga group, Marie had us following a Haz fit workout. At 11:00 during genealogy group we had worked on lookin up my ancestors on my father side. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. Today we spoke about making a trip to the Maine State Library. At 12:00 I the went to the dining area to eat lunch. At 1:00 I then went to Julia's office with another client for recreational group. Tobie had to leave early. Today we had done fluid art paint poring on canvas. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to catch my ride back to Schooner Estates. Upon my arrival at 2:22. Once in my apartment, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 2:22-3:52 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then put heat and ice on my back. At 4:30, I then washed my dishes from lunch. At 4:40 I then went to the village green to eat dinner. Once I had finished, I then returned to my apartment at 6:05. Once I was comfortable, I pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
