Working on my book during recreational therapy

I began my Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by eating some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:40 I then began to do my stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:52 I then made my bed before starting my back stretches. At 7:05 I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. After doing so, I then took a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:20 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:24 I then put a heat pack on my bak for ten minutes. At 8:00 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the Camden Living Room To wait for United Wheelchair. While waiting, I was approached by Giselle, asking me if I would like to play cribbage this afternoon with Roger in the village green. At 8:45 I had arrived at WestSide. I sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes before meeting with pryadarshi. We spoke about my independence, we then used E.M...D.R. Therapy. At 9:45 I then chatted with a friend for fifteen minutes while to go to my next therapy. At 10:00 I then went to Tobie's office for Recreational therapy. We first spoke about formatting in micro soft word. We then spoke about some terms in the programs that I am using to set up my book. 1. Pilcro: a dot at the end of each paragraph. 2. Page Breaks 4. Layout tab. Manuscript: Make few paragraphs. Break you need normal style format. No paragraph indents. 5. Open Template in word. a. Navigate pain b. Go to view then navigate micro soft word. C. Use styles to separate paragraphs. Set up book: 1. Go to title page change title, copy and paste. 2.Author and title 3.copy right page I.S.B.N. # 4. Dedication page 5. Content page 6. Chapter and title page. 7? Picture style 8. Section Break odd page. Page number on odd pages on left on even pages page number on right. 9. Headers and footers when chapter ends when using odd numbers. Page break look at # on bottom. 10. Transfer document change view scroll all way down to author page. Select style high light entire chapter. We then ended at thirty minute tutorial with Tobie. At 11:00 I had gone to Nurse Sally's office for nursing. We then called my primary care doctor about a procedure that I have to have done. We then called F.M.H. So as to have it done in Farmington, so that I can stay at my parents house. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet Annie from United Wheelchair, who would be taking me back. I had arrived at 12:20. Once I had spoke to my mother, I then made myself something to eat. At 12:42 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:48-3:30. I then went to the village green to play cribbage. After winning three games I had eaten my dinner.  I then went back to my apartment At 6:15 I then had taken a shower before pulling my blog and typing of my day.
