Going grocery shopping

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 by making my bed. After doing so, I then sat down to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 5:53 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal and a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my dishes. At 6:22 I then began to do the stretches that have helped each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:30 I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:43 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:00 I then put in my eye and nose drops in. I then used my inhaler. After two puffs, I then put a heat pack on my back for ten minutes. At 7:13 I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. At 8:15 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby. Frank from United Wheelchair was there waiting. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:25. Once inside, I then sat in the lobby. At 9:00 I then went to the client lounge for my rehab session with Becca. After two games of chess, of which we each won a game. At 10:00 we then went to the conference room with Becca and Kala for Healthy Brain group. Today they had us once again playing Red Heron. At 12:00 I then went back into the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back . Cheryl was there waiting. I had arrived at 11:118. Once I hd eaten my lunch, Dr. Hatfields office had called letting me know that Judy Franchose wants me to take a higher dose of my new medication, Taking two tablets at dinner time. Once off the phone, with the doctor, my mother had called. We talked until 2:00 p.m. I then went to the lobby to catch my ride to hanaford. At 2:20 I had arrived at hanaford. Once I had finished with my shopping, I then went to the pharmacy to get my prescription. Only one ready. The other one won't we be ready until Saturday. At 4:00, I had arrived back to my apartment. Upon my arrival, I had spoke to Mark about getting another ride to Hanaford, so as to pick up some medication. Hana ford then let me know to call them on Saturday for a medication to be ready. Once I find out Mark had told me to let the nurses station know. I then went back to my apartment to unpack my groceries. Once they were put away, I then went to the village green to eat. After doing so, I then returned to my apartment. At 6:00 I then took a shower before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.
